Cancellation Policy - If you cancel an existing booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time. 

If you are running late, your session time may still end at the original booking  time.

Refunds will not be available if you cannot use the booking and cancellation has not been advised by email 48 hours before the booking time. This includes Members who fail to take up their booking.
