Action Indoor Sports Hornby was established in 2001 and has enjoyed the reputation as one of the most successful indoor sports stadiums in New Zealand.

Our staff have been responsible for staging and hosting some of the biggest national indoor sports events ever held, as well as the co-ordination and hosting of international events at both social and representative level.

Our facilities located at 81 Buchanans Road, Hornby, Christchurch, include 3 playing courts designed for Indoor Cricket, Football and Netball and a full size wooden sprung Basketball and Volleyball court.

There is a fully licensed bar and bbq area for after match entertainment where you can enjoy a drink with friends. There is ample off street parking, spectator seating and full change room amenities.

Professional staff using state of the art technology and sports management software ensures your leisure time experience is enjoyable. We cater for grade competitions for men’s, ladies, mixed, youth and junior teams as well as offering one off events i.e. Sports Birthday Parties, Company Bookings, Casual Court Hire and Group Bookings!
