Hall Rules & Conditions of Use

• Rotorua Badminton Club reserves the right to cancel bookings without notice for misuse of the booking system, the hall, or any club property.
• Bookings may be cancelled and refunded if they conflict with a tournament or club event.
• Playing on unlit courts, or allowing others to play on unlit courts, may result in your access being cancelled.
• The venue accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage while using the hall.

Court Hire Rates (From 1 April 2026)

Annual Membership (24/7 Access)

• $15.00 per court, per hour – Peak
• $12.50 per court, per hour – Off-Peak

Casual Users (6:00am–11:00pm)

• $25.00 per court, per hour – Peak
• ​$22.50 per court, per hour – Off-Peak

Peak Times:

• Weekdays: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
• Weekends: 8:00am – 10:00pm

Off-Peak: All other times.

Court hire fees may be updated at any AGM or SGM of Rotorua Badminton Club.
