We have a fantastic venue available for hire.

Event Room

Our upstairs clubroom has a bar, furniture (bar leaners, tables and chairs), dance floor and plenty of room. We have experienced staff on hand. The size of the lounge is 270m2 and is licenced for 200 Patrons.

Hire charge is $450 per function. This charge includes all CCC licence charges that are valued up to $207 depending on the number of guests at the event.

Please note bookings must be confirmed, and paid for 30 days before the event to ensure CCC licence applications can be processed and approved before the event. 

Meeting Room

We also have a meeting room that can easily cater for 30 people. This room is furnished with table and chairs and measures 60m2. There is plenty of space to bring in additional equipment for your meeting. The hire charge for the meeting room is $150 per day. Half day rates available on request.

Kitchen

The Hub also has a newly fitted commercial kitchen on the bottom floor of the building.

The kitchen is available for hire on a daily basis for small business who make be looking for a good quality kitchen to use. Hire charges are $20 per hour (3 hour minimum) or $120 per day (up to 9 hours maximum).

Indoor Court

Eastern Hub has an indoor court that is available to hire. Perfect for exercise classes, sports teams, community groups or for public bookings. $30 per hour

It is available for hire from 8am until 3pm and then from 630pm - 9pm during weekdays.

Saturday and Sundays 8am - 9pm.
